Third Annual Sedona EV Ride & Drive Sets New Attendance Record

The Third Annual Sedona EV Ride & Drive, held October 25, 2026, at Posse Grounds Park, was our most successful event yet! Hosted by DRIVE Electric Arizona in partnership with the City of Sedona, the event welcomed an enthusiastic crowd of residents and visitors eager to explore electric transportation.

68 Test Drives!
A new event record and our most successful Sedona EV Ride & Drive yet.

This year's event set a new record with 68 test drives, making it the best-attended and most successful Sedona EV Ride & Drive since its inception.

Experience Electric Firsthand

Attendees had the opportunity to get behind the wheel of a variety of electric vehicles, experience their performance firsthand, and speak directly with EV owners about charging, range, ownership costs, and everyday driving experiences.

These conversations help people better understand electric vehicles and make informed decisions about their next vehicle purchase.

From Curious Visitor to Proud EV Owner

One of the most rewarding moments of this year's event was welcoming back a familiar face. A woman who attended last year's Sedona EV Ride & Drive subsequently went on to purchase her own Audi e-tron.

This year, she returned not just as an attendee, but as a proud EV owner eager to share her vehicle and ownership experience with others.

Her story perfectly illustrates what these events are all about: helping people discover electric vehicles firsthand, make informed decisions, and become part of a growing community of EV owners who are happy to share their experiences.

The event's continued growth reflects increasing community interest in electric transportation and the value of providing hands-on, educational experiences in a welcoming, no-pressure environment.

Thank You, Sedona!

A special thank you to the City of Sedona for its continued partnership and support, and to Tesla for providing vehicles and staff to help make this year's event a success.

We also extend our appreciation to Larry Green Chevrolet of Cottonwood for generously loaning a GMC Sierra EV and Chevrolet Blazer EV to our volunteers, allowing attendees to experience both vehicles during test drives.

Thank you to the Valley of the Sun Clean Cities Coalition for hosting an informational table and helping generate interest in our community events. Their participation helped connect more attendees with opportunities to learn about electric transportation throughout Arizona.

Most importantly, thank you to our dedicated EV owners, volunteers, and everyone who attended. Your enthusiasm and willingness to share real-world EV experiences are what make these events possible.

With a record 68 test drives and our largest turnout yet, we're excited to build on this momentum and return to Sedona next year!
