Community Power on Display: DRIVE Electric Arizona at the Arizona Fall Festival

DRIVE Electric Arizona had a tremendous showing at this year’s Arizona Fall Festival at Margaret T. Hance Park, where thousands of attendees enjoyed a perfect fall day exploring local vendors, food trucks, live music — and, of course, our full EV display and information booth. The festival continues to be one of the state’s largest community gatherings celebrating all things local, making it an ideal venue to connect with residents curious about electric transportation.

Strong Engagement & Meaningful Conversations

Throughout the day, the DEAZ team answered a steady stream of questions from families, students, retirees, and first-time EV shoppers. Many attendees had never sat in or explored an EV before, and our volunteers provided real-world ownership insights about charging, range, costs, incentives, and the everyday benefits of going electric.

Visitors were especially interested in:

  • How far modern EVs can go in Arizona’s heat

  • Home charging basics

  • The growth of public fast-charging networks statewide

  • Total cost of ownership

  • What EV models are available now — and what’s coming next

These one-on-one conversations, rooted in real ownership experience rather than sales pressure, continue to be one of the most powerful tools for accelerating EV adoption.

A Diverse EV Lineup That Drew Crowds

Our vehicle display highlighted the variety of today’s electric options, helping attendees understand that EVs now span every use case — from commuting to off-roading, towing, and family road-tripping. Families, in particular, enjoyed seeing the mix of vehicles and learning about how each is used in real-world Arizona driving.

🎟️ Raffle Wrap-Up: Congratulations to Our Winner!

Raffle ticket sales for the Ford Mustang E-Bike, generously donated by San Tan Ford, our founding Trusted EV Dealership, wrapped up during the festival, drawing lots of excitement throughout the day. We’re thrilled to announce that the winner is Lenore Knudtson of Kingman! A huge congratulations to Lenore, and thank you to everyone who purchased tickets in support of DRIVE Electric Arizona’s outreach and community programs.

Volunteers Make All the Difference

Our volunteers were at the heart of this success. Their enthusiasm, knowledge, and approachability created an inviting environment where festival-goers felt comfortable asking anything and everything about electric vehicles.

Whether helping manage the booth, guiding visitors through the EV display, or providing one-on-one insights, our team ensured that every guest received helpful, honest, and practical information. We are grateful for the time, energy, and passion each volunteer brought to the event.

Expanding Awareness of Arizona’s EV Future

Many visitors left the festival with new confidence about electric driving — and several mentioned plans to test-drive an EV locally or attend one of our upcoming events. The booth remained busy from start to finish, underscoring the value of showing up at high-traffic community gatherings.

Events like the Arizona Fall Festival help us reach people who might otherwise never seek out EV information, making these touchpoints essential for broadening awareness and building trust.

A Wonderful Day for EV Education

In total, the team engaged with hundreds of festival attendees, shared practical guidance, and helped demystify the realities of EV ownership. The event was a clear reminder that when the community comes together — volunteers, partners, EV owners, and curious attendees — electric transportation becomes both accessible and exciting.

Thank you to everyone who contributed, visited, asked questions, and supported DRIVE Electric Arizona.
We look forward to bringing even more EV experiences to communities across the state!
